MSD products span the entire spectrum of SIGNAGES, and our services include surveying, engineering, designing, value costing, project management, manufacturing, installation, service and maintenance.
MSD is organizing and strategizing for the future, restructuring the operations of the MSD facilities to maximize technology use in all areas of sales, marketing, manufacturing, and project coordination. MSD offers a unique capability within INDIA to manufacture and install all projects without subcontractors, we have installation crews located all across INDIA that allow us to install and service the signs we manufacture, throughout INDIA. about Jindal Tm
Jindal Aluminium Limited (JAL) established its factory for manufacture of aluminium extrusions in the year 1968 at Bangalore.JAL has 11 aluminium extrusion presses with an installed capacity of 1,20,000 TPA. The company is the leader in aluminium extrusions in India having produced about 85,490 MT during 2017-18 and it being the largest manufacturer of aluminium extrusions, is meeting 30% of country's total demand.
Methodology & Work Plan
- Upon acceptance of the quote , a job sheet and schedule is prepared using our proprietary workflow management software developed to allow us to best manage your project .
- If artwork is required , this is produced by our graphic and industrial designers and submitted for your approval .
- A production meeting is now held for all supervising staff to discuss the project and help facilitate the necessary interdepartmental collaboration to get the job done right within the confines of your time frame
- Each department carried out their assigned roles and monitors progress using our software . this allow us to instantly recognize time frame – altering issues and course correct on fly .
- A weekly production meeting is also held to report on work and resolve outstanding issues.
- During Production the individual departments take ownership of the project by keeping running quality checks .
- Based on the individual job requirements, we can either have the works delivered to the required destination , or installed . Completed signs are properly wrapped and packaged to eliminate the possibility for damage during transit .
- We have in our employ a number of installers and appropriate vehicles for transport as well as access to trusted subcontractors , and we are happy to work alongside your own preferred installation team if needed .
- Once installed , signs and site alike are cleaned and readied for sign – off .
