Our Sign Manufacturing Process
When you work with MSD, you will be working with one of the most collaborative sign manufacturing companies in the industry. We work closely with you every step of the way to ensure that the sign we create for you is the best possible reflection of your brand and your business. Once you request a sign from MSD, we get to work with our in-house design teams to create a design that fits your needs. We will then submit that design to you for approval, and we won’t take another step until you are 100 percent satisfied with it. From there, the design is sent to our manufacturing and fabrication teams. They use state-of-the-art technology to bring that design to life. Once the sign is complete, our crews are dispatched to the site and install it. MSD, prides itself on being one of the only full-service custom sign manufacturers in the industry, and we can leverage our full capabilities to make your next sign a reality.
Our Facilities and Equipment
Floor Space – 20,000 sqft, Workstations – 14, Storage, Fiber glass, Pressing, Acrylic, Electrical, Routing, Vinyl, Trimming, Sanding, Spray Painting, Curing, Metal Fabrication, Assembly and Dispatch. While most components are made by machine, our team of skilled technicians will also manufacture and finish detailed signage – such as light boxes – by hand. With each workstation able to operate independently of the others, we are able to tackle significant projects and deliver complete solutions against extremely short deadlines. Our spray workstations consist of three separate rooms that lead into the 1000 sqft curing facility which features massive 45 kw heaters to allow for rapid curing of painted materials.
